Craig Sanderson
Craig qualified as a quantity surveyor over 25 years ago, before proceeding to become a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in 1998. Following a successful career gaining insight into the operations of multiple companies, Craig advanced to the role of Managing Director following the inception of Sanderson Building Services Limited in 2004. Since that date, Craig has continued to take an active role in the precontract phase, whilst also overseeing the delivery aspect of projects.

Joanne Sanderson
Before joining Sanderson Building Services, Joanne worked in the banking industry for 18 years, developing a profound understanding of finance and management. Joanne does not only head up the accounts department of the company, she is also responsible for the management of human resources and office administration.
Contracts Manager
Mick Palmowski
Mick has been a member of the Sanderson building Services team since its establishment. He gained an in-depth knowledge of the construction industry through over 20 years of on-site experience before making the progression to management over 10 years ago. As contracts manager, Mick oversees the delivery of all projects from breaking ground through to handover. His role ensures that all projects run as efficiently as possible.
Operations Director
James Sanderson
James has been with Sanderson Building Services for over 4 years now after graduating from the University of Leeds with a first class masters in Civil Engineering. As Operations Director, James is responsible for overseeing every detail of our construction projects. From pricing to completion, James works alongside our QS, Contracts Manager, clients, and subcontractors to ensure that every project is delivered to the highest quality standards. With years of experience in the construction industry, James is dedicated to providing exceptional service and timely project delivery.

Business Manager
Megan
Megan has been in her role as Business Manager at Sanderson Building Services for 18 months now. She oversees our administration and accounting departments as well as our apprenticeship programs. Megan is also Mental Health Champion for the company.
Apprentice Quantity Surveyor
Joel
Joel joined the team in July. As an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor at Sanderson Building Services, Joel works hand-in-hand with clients to manage costs and streamline the tendering process. Joel's main objective is to ensure each project runs smoothly together with the project manager, operatives on site and the client.

Alfie
Alfie became part of the team back in July. As an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor at Sanderson Building Services, Alfie is dedicated to assisting in the accurate pricing and tendering processes of our projects. He often visits site alongside project managers to ensure that costs are been monitored.

Site Supervisor
As a site supervisor, Terry is responsible for overseeing every aspect of our large projects to ensure that they are delivered efficiently and to the highest possible standard. With years of experience in the industry, Terry works closely with our operations director to ensure that all of our clients' needs are met.

Senior Operative
Richard has been with us for over 19 years and is one of our core members of staff. He is able to lay his hands to anything and will give his all to ensure that the best is delivered to all projects and clients.

Joiner
Paul first joined Sanderson Building Services back in 2008. Paul has the experience and expertise to create innovative designs and use high-quality materials to deliver exceptional craftsmanship. He is dedicated to bringing the client's vision to life.

Joiner
Steve first joined us over 18 years ago. He came once a week from school before leaving school and completing a joinery appenticeship with the local college. Steve now has his own apprentice in training and works across all our projects from new builds and extensions to local authority and school works.

As a professional bricklayer with almost 50 years of experience, Neil takes pride in providing high-quality workmanship that will stand the test of time. He is committed to delivering excellent bricklaying services to all our clients.

Stuart joined Sanderson Building Services as part of a great "Brickie" Team alongside Neil and Terry. Stuart takes great pride in his work as an experienced bricklayer. His attention to detail and quality craftsmanship ensures that every project is completed to the highest standard.

Sam joined the team as a Joiner after leaving college back in 2021. He works closely with Paul to deliver exceptional craftsmanship and innovative designs that exceed our clients' expectations.

Jake joined the team back in 2022 when he left school and works tirelessly alongside his mentor Steve to learn and master the trade. He is dedicated to producing high-quality workmanship in all his projects, and he is always looking for new ways to improve and develop his skills and become fully qualified.

Tom joined the team back in 2023. He is a Multi Skilled Operative with years of experience in construction and is also a highly skilled bricklayer by trade. Tom takes pride in mentoring apprentices and ensuring that they are trained to meet his high standards.

Aaron joined alongside Ian as a bricklaying duo back in 2023. He takes pride in his work as a bricklayer and works hard to create all aspects of brickwork. Whether it's a new build, extension or renovation, he is committed to delivering high-quality workmanship that will stand the test of time.

Oscar joined after leaving sixth form in 2022. He is currently in his second year of training, learning the ropes from our experienced mentor Tom. We believe in investing in the future of our industry and are proud to support our apprentices as they develop the skills and knowledge they need to build a successful career in construction.
Van Driver/ Labourer
Dave
Dave joined the team in October 2023. As the van driver, Dave is committed to ensuring timely delivery of all goods to the site. He also takes great pride in keeping the sites clean and organised for our team as well as been responsible for managing our yard and store. Additionally, Dave regularly communicates with the site supervisors and office teams to ensure that all sites are working to the best of their ability.

Barry, known by all as 'Bronc', joined our team in October 2023. As a site labourer for Sanderson Building Services, 'Bronc' takes pride in his hard work and dedication to helping all trades as best as he can on site.
