Meet The Team
Craig qualified as a quantity surveyor over 25 years ago, before proceeding to become a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in 1998. Following a successful career gaining insight into the operations of multiple companies, Craig advanced to the role of Managing Director following the inception of Sanderson Building Services Limited in 2004. Since that date, Craig has continued to take an active role in the precontract phase, whilst also overseeing the delivery aspect of projects.
Before joining Sanderson Building Services, Joanne worked in the banking industry for 18 years, developing a profound understanding of finance and management. Joanne does not only head up the accounts department of the company, she is also responsible for the management of human resources and office administration.
Mick has been a member of the Sanderson building Services team since its establishment. He gained an in-depth knowledge of the construction industry through over 20 years of on-site experience before making the progression to management over 10 years ago. As contracts manager, Mick oversees the delivery of all projects from breaking ground through to handover. His role ensures that all projects run as efficiently as possible.
The latest addition to the Sanderson Building Services team, James joins the company having graduated from the University of Leeds with a first-class master’s in civil engineering with project management. James’ engineering background means that he offers an additional skillset and unique perspective to the company. James works alongside Mick to ensure projects are completed on time and to budget, managing all aspects of project delivery.
Ash joined Sanderson Building Services as an apprentice quantity surveyor over 3 years ago. Since then, Ash has developed into a skilled quantity surveyor and important member of the team. His role predominantly entails managing costs throughout projects. Ash works on all phases of projects, from compiling tenders through to managing variations and putting together final accounts.
After graduating with a degree in law, Tom spent 3 years working in business and social media management before a change of career path into finance. Tom offers a diverse range of skills to the Sanderson Building Services team developed through his experience of different industries. Tom works with Joanne to manage the company finances and accounts. As well as this, Tom’s job role incorporates management of social media and human resources.
